If you want the skills you MUST do the drills ✅ 1) Needle swing from knee with optional scarves - helps with back leg drive, eye-line and lowering the chest down to the knee, the scarves are a visual reminder to swing the arms back. 2) Hop on, cartwheel off - working on strengthening the push from the front leg.
